Home Space have undertaken work on our villa since we bought the property in late 2016 and to date I have nothing but praise for them.
From carrying out initial inspections and completing the required repair work to turning the pool from a swampy mess into a pristine place to swim they have been excellent. They currently hold our keys as well as maintaining the pool and were quick to check the property when there were heavy rainstorms to ensure any water ingress was dealt with, following this up with an inspection visit to see if any remedial work was required.
They also assisted us by having a flexible approach to attending the property when we were having issues with our alarm to arrange direct with the Securitas engineer mutually agreeable appointments for access to resolve the problem.
Spencer is extremely approachable, as are his team, and they are all keen to ensure that they deliver complete satisfaction to the client. They have completely transformed our garden from the standard lose chippings all round to something very special (in our opinion!) and have brought to life our designs and ideas with excellent effect.
Spencer listens to what you require and offers advice and assistance in selecting the plants and materials that will fit the bill – this included taking us to a garden centre and interpreting what we wanted with the owner as well as a visit to a quarry to select the large stones we had in mind for part of our design.
The standard of work is faultless and Spencer has kept us up to date with the various aspects his team have undertaken via photos and messages to ensure that nothing has been “lost in translation” from the initial instructions to the finished article – and at a keen price which is always important to those of us on a tight budget!
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Home Space to anyone, either resident on Hacienda Del Alamo or elsewhere, for any work they are thinking of having done both to their properties and their gardens – we’ll be looking to them for more work in the near future!
