From the very beginning, the client’s vision led the way. We worked closely with them, visiting trusted local suppliers to choose everything from kitchen worktops to flooring and finishes. Blending creativity with precision, we delivered a new build that feels considered, cohesive, and effortlessly timeless.

Designed with both lifestyle and longevity in mind, this bespoke new-build villa offers four bedrooms and five bathrooms across a 180 m² build size, complemented by an additional 180 m² basement with drive-in parking. Set on a private plot with its own swimming pool and open golf views, the villa features bespoke kitchens, bathrooms, and fitted wardrobes, with integrated LED lighting throughout, delivering a refined and intelligently designed modern living environment.

We had known Spencer and his team for many years and had used Homespace for building works and projects on our previous villas so when we decided to buy the land and build we asked Homespace to quote for the job along with 2 other companies.
